Its always important to be prepared! In the event of a power outage, loss or wi-fi or any other situation that could interrupt business, its important to have a backup plan. While we will always do everything in our power to minimize Moxie Suite disruptions, we advise you to prepare accordingly.
Here are some recommendations to help you mitigate the impact of outages:
Ensure all devices are fully charged at the beginning of any work day
Create an "Outage Binder" with all paper forms printed and ready to go
Print copies of the medical history form and necessary consent forms
Print copies of credit card authorization forms
Develop and communicate clear protocols for staff to follow in the event of any outage, including procedures for communication with clients
