What is Moxie Concierge?
Moxie Concierge is your AI-powered support assistant, built into the Moxie Suite platform. It’s available 24/7 to help answer questions, share help articles, and open support tickets when needed.
How do I open Moxie Concierge?
Within Moxie Suite click the Support icon in the top-right corner.
The Concierge panel will open in the bottom-right of your screen.
From there, you can:
Ask a new question
Review recent messages
Browse Help Center articles
How does Moxie Concierge answer questions?
From the Messages tab you can type in any question just like chatting with a real person. Moxie Concierge searches the Help Center and gives you a direct answer, including links to relevant articles when available.
💡 Tip - Click the article title inside of the reference number to read more or jump to a specific section using the table of contents.
Can I search the Help Center directly?
Yes, from the Home tab Click Search for help. You can also click directly on the Help tab. From here you can then browse or search all Help Center articles without leaving the platform.
💡 Tip - You can also view the help center outside of Moxie Suite by visiting support.joinmoxie.com.
Must be logged into Moxie Suite to view articles outside of the app.
Where do I find past conversations?
Click the Messages tab in the Concierge window. Your conversation history is listed with the newest at the top. Click any entry to revisit it.
What if Moxie Concierge can’t answer my question?
If you don't get the answer you need right away, you can keep the conversation going by rephrasing your question in the chat.
You can also click the Help tab to search our Help Center for articles that might better match your question. If you've tried both of these options and still need help you can escalate the issue by submitting a support ticket. Learn how in the next question.
How do I submit a ticket?
If Moxie, Concierge doesn’t fully solve your issue and you were unable to find an answer by reviewing our Help Center you can escalate to our support team by submitting a ticket:
1. From the Messenger home screen, click Technical support ticket.
2. In the Title field, enter a short summary (e.g., “Client profile not saving”).
3. In the Description, include as much detail as possible:
Where the issue is happening (e.g., Settings, Schedule, etc.)
What device you’re using (e.g., iPad, desktop, mobile)
What browser you’re using (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
Whether the issue happens on multiple devices or browsers
4. When you’re done, click Create Ticket.
How do I record my screen when submitting a ticket?
Your screen is automatically recorded during bug reporting to help our team troubleshoot.
How do I submit a feature request?
Start a chat in Moxie Concierge.
Type something like “I want to submit a feature request.”
Answer any follow-up prompts.
When prompted, click Feature request.
Type your idea and submit the message as usual.
Can I view and track support tickets?
Yes! You’ll see a Ticket tab in the Concierge messenger.
You can also access tickets directly from the conversation where you submitted them.
Can I use Moxie Concierge from my mobile device?
Yes, but avoid using a pinned home screen shortcut on iOS. For the best experience, open Moxie Suite in a mobile browser, such as chrome, instead.
What if I accidentally close the Concierge window?
No worries click the Support icon again and pick up where you left off. Your latest conversation will always be at the top of Messages.
