FAQs
I’m a Provider and I only see my own row. Is that a bug?
No, the Medspa working hours permission for the Provider role defaults to Only mine, which limits visibility to your own schedule.
I can see every provider, but I can’t edit their hours. Why?
Medspa working hours controls what you can see. A separate permission, Work hours, controls what you can edit. You likely have All employees on one and Only mine on the other.
Why is the Create button missing from my page?
You don’t have permission to edit either working hours or time blocks for anyone, including yourself. Ask whoever manages permission and roles for your practice to check Work hours and Time blocks.
How do I change what a role can do?
See How to customize roles and user permissions in Moxie Suite for how to edit role-based permissions in Moxie Suite.
